I draw mostly during the breaks between artists at Club Integral. So, images of an empty stage; but for the gear set up to be played, and the audience/ artists having a drink and a natter during the break.

Holmfirth Artweek

Tim Copsey and Vanda Battye invited me to take part in the inaugural exhibition at EmptySpace, a converted barn in the village of Holme, West Yorkshire. The show was part of the Holmfirth Artweek Fringe. The other exhibitors at EmptySpace were Tim Copsey, Richard Fitton, Lucy Newman and Dave Tebbs.
During the show I went on walks in the locality making drawings of the landscape and places I visited. Back at the barn I pinned the drawings on the wall in sequence, building up a record of the weeks work.
