Delivery
We aim to process online orders within 7 days of the order being placed. We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked, so orders should arrive 48 hours after the dispatch date. Please note that this is not a guaranteed timeframe.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order please inform us as soon as possible via the Contact form on the Contact page or by email at info@drawingportfolio.co.uk.
- If the order is cancelled before the packing and posting process has commenced we will offer a complete refund including shipping fees.
If the cancellation is received after the packing and posting process has commenced it will be treated as a Return, see returns policy below.
Returns
If you wish to return a purchase from this website we will allow 14 days from your receipt of the item to inform us of your decision. Please inform us of your decision via the contact form on the contact page or by email at info@drawingportfolio.co.uk
You will then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. A full refund will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Incomplete, damaged, altered or soiled items will not be accepted for return or refund.
All items are returned at your own risk, we are not responsible for any returned items lost in the mail. We are unable to offer a refund for any items that do not arrive within 14 days. We recommend that you use a tracked shipping service to return your item to reduce the chances of it being lost.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of the returned item. Shipping costs are non- refundable.
